Casa CC's design minimizes the built area by eliminating the need for corridors and dividing spaces, allowing the user to move from one end to the other without losing contact with the beach.

The play between concrete and wood creates a clean and elegant façade, which maintains its unique design language without stealing prominence from the main concept of the house: encompassing a 180-degree view that allows you to see the sunrise and sunset.
