DI PALMA- BARRA DE SANTIAGO

The design was born from creating two areas of social coexistence located at both ends of the project. Making use of a single main axis for the distribution, and taking advantage of the natural shade by the existing vegetation, the visual path under which the project is governed is born.

It was sought that the user had a tropical experience from the moment they enter the complex, for which the existing components were maintained, vernacular materials were used, and the use of vertical barriers was avoided.
