Making use of the unique view that the space offers, Casa R24 prioritizes the physical interaction between the user and the coastal zone through terraces, translucent panels and serial plans.

The project eliminates the greatest number of physical divisions and unifies the social areas under one roof, extending the natural articulations of the design and eliminating conventional boundaries. This transparency in the façade is obtained by using groups of metallic components that preserve visibility and natural ventilation coming from the beach.
