Entirely designed with a concrete structure, the J-85 house occupies a system that allows larger openings, giving a sensation of spaciousness and transparency, without creating rigidity on the visual of the building. The use of smaller sections and metal structures in the house allows for a larger interaction of roofs and terraces to be created, adapting to the existing topography and forming multiple levels along the plot.

The house plays with natural materials and textures, leaving exposed concrete and placing wood textures to enclose the spaces. In the same way, internal gardens are being placed that allow cross ventilation throughout the space.
