Developed as a project for surfers and skaters (skaters), Casa EC is unique in its style and design. The project welcomes the user with a skating rink created for surfskate lovers, which is mixed with the pool and the terrace, thus creating a single recreational space. This social component surrounds the building and turns it into a body with multiple entrances and different visual axes.

Also, following the design concept, the house has graffiti elements and urban art that provide an identity to its unique design.
