HOUSE 29- BAHÍA DORADA

The house takes a concept that opens the spaces towards a Conacaste tree that is in the center of the lot, which is reflected in the infinity pool that blends in with the horizon of the sea.

The steps in the center connect the three most important spaces in the house; the first level where the parking lot and the Master room are located, which opens to contemplate the view towards the horizon. On the second level are the Jr. rooms and on the third level a social area and pool area were designed that connect as a single level, so that both are spaces in which you can have a wide view of the horizon.
