HINTERLAND-TAMANIQUE

Located in Tamanique, Hinterland consists of the design of a housing complex where two apartment towers are located, a villa located next to the social space, and a single-family home, which is separated from the rest of the components. The architectural design was adapted to the topographic complexity that the terrain presented, which forces the separation of the residence elements to prioritize social interaction and connectivity between the preliminary project.

Hinterland does not lose sight of the advantages of its position, which is why an uninterrupted view is granted to each of the apartments. These visual axes are not only framed by the transparency on the façade, but with serial elements and natural separations that allow the passage of light, always seeking to protect the interior from tropical heat.
